The location proved central. I found easy access to major attractions. The rooftop restaurant offered good food with AMAZING views. The staff were nice and helpful. The SPA facilities were quite nice too.

I found the location very convenient. It was close to all attractions. The rooftop restaurant offers fine views. Every day I received complementary water bottles, which I appreciate. The lobby even had turkish tea available.
The room I had was very small. This made the space uncomfortable.

the breakfast had a nice selection. it included many options. the views from the rooftop where breakfast was served were amazing. the staff was also very friendly and helpful. the location was excellent. it was very close to major attractions and tram stops.
the room was quite small. it was not comfortable because of that. there was also a strange smell in the bathroom, unpleasant. the air conditioning had to be on constantly because of the ventilation.

The staff was genuinely helpful . My room included a minibar stocked with beverages and snacks. I used the hotel's taxi coordination service, and the transport arrived promptly. The hotel thoughtfully prepared breakfast boxes when I had an early flight (i really appreciated it).
The air conditioning didn't seem to work as efficiently as i expected.
